A hands-on session that will demonstrate the benefits of performing food tests on a reduced scale. Adopting a microscale approach to testing for the presence of starch, glucose, protein and lipids in food substances allows technicians to have stress free preparation and a mess free clean up! The benefits of this small-scale approach are also felt by teaching staff and students too.
